Skill Development
- RSP has extensive experience in providing consultancy services for setting up institutes such as Skill / Vocational Training Institutes, Polytechnics/ITIs as well as Engineering Colleges across India. RSP has offered the specialized services for Education and Skills Development Training to the Government. We provide consultancy in skill development, vocational training and CSR funding to prospective training partners, NGO, start-ups to enlighten them about skill industry and creating awareness about various government projects. RSP is set up to promote Training Partners and help them in achieving right business opportunities and connect them with government agencies. We help training agencies in filling error free business proposals, planned business development follow-up and provide consultancies in the training operations part.

- Skill India programme is to provide adequate training in market-relevant skills to over 40 crore youth by 2022. It also aims to create opportunities for the development of talent within the country and improve the overall scope and space for under developed sectors, funded by Govt of India. Industry, Institution or individual who are willing to train and place unemployed candidates from rural or urban area, can be associated with projects which is funded by Government or Corporate with their terms and conditions.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK)
The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under MSDE, is a one of its kind Public Private Partnership (PPP) in India. NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing the creation of large, quality, for-profit vocational institutions. MSDE intends to establish visible and aspirational training centres in every district of the country. These training centres shall be called Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKKs). Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM)
Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana or DAY is one of the Government of India scheme for helping the poor by providing skill training. DAY-NULM would aim at universal coverage of the urban poor for skill development and credit facilities. CSR Projects
Corporate organizations have a crucial role to play in accomplishing the national agenda for skilling India. Besides meeting their demand for skilled and talented workforce, they also address requirements of the industry and engage with the larger community. The Companies Act 2013 has mandated corporates to spend at least 2% of their profits on CSR. Education and skill development are fast emerging as preferred choice for CSR initiatives in India. If you go by recent trends, we find that many corporates have integrated their business goals with CSR and there’s a strategic contribution to capacity building and community development through partnering with training partners, NGOs and other organizations. In the year 2018-19, 328 companies contributed to the projects in skill development domain through CSR funding of INR 1653 Cr.
